I havent had time to psychoanalyze this app. The last few times I have used it to schedule an appointment, it has worked fine, has shown the sponsor code where my husband works. Also if he has to reschedule me on his Blood Drive Coordinator calendar, the new time shows up on my app pretty fast. So the Red Cross computer systems are finally working together a bit better between national and local ARC blood donation units.
It occurs to me the new RapidPass option seems to me missing from the app, so I will mosey on over to app support and suggest that. As it is, I can get to it from my phone browser and go that way. Or maybe its in this app but I havent found it yet (not immediately obvious, if it is?).
